Do you keep track of your protein (or anything) in pregnancy?
I did with my first pregnancy, it sure helped!!!
Anyone else keep track of how they are doing?

I would keep more track of red meat for iron because I eat a lot of fish and poultry and forget the red meat sometimes, but other than that I didn't keep track of stuff
