I didn't use any herbs during pregnancy. I had some red raspberry leaf but only drank it once or twice as it made my nausea much worse. After the birth I had one sitz bath, then my sitz disappeared- I recently found it.

I also used Shepherd's purse after the birth because I had a lot of bleeding. I had a homebirth though. I bought some Arnica oil that I never used. And that's about it for pregnancy and postpartum.

Now ask me about cold and flu season and I'll really give you a list.

Red raspberry leaf tea! I drink this before pregnancy and after the first trimester.

Red raspberry leaf sometimes I hate it it tastes so gross but it is worth it if it helps strengthen the uterus.

Would you mind sharing? Are they safe for kids to take too? We have major sickness going around right now. My 11 yr old DD has already missed a full week of school from it and I have 5 others plus myself that still have this crap. Mostly fever and cough but I think a couple of them may have ear infections too.
