I am making a pesto stuffed pork loin roast with baby red potatoes broccoli and cheese, and whole wheat rolls.

The recipe pretty much is in the title except I got the roast already stuffed from the butcher counter.

I have no idea. I think I will put an herb crusted prim rib roast (thank goodness for spiting a beef with my in-laws) in the oven. Not sure what we will have with it.

I'm making whole wheat pasta in tomato basil sauce with mushrooms and meatballs.

I will be sure to have a heaping spoon full of ricotta on top of mine...yummy!

I'm baking a turkey breast for dinner. I'm brushing it every 30 mins til it's done with a marinade of butter, white wine, thyme, basil, and garlic. My house smells amazing! When it's almost done, i'm going to slice up an onion and let the onion cook in the juices in the pan, and I'm making mashed potatoes and possibly gravy from the drippings.
