Thanksgiving week: what dessert is your favorite

I don't have a favorite Thanksgiving dessert. However, my all time favorite dessert is Haupia. It's almost like a coconut jello but not quite.

My pumpkin pie . I hate cloves so I don't put those in and of course whipping cream for the top!! Yum!

My fave dessert for anytime is sweet potato cassorole, topped with walnuts, not marshmellows. My mom made her first one last Thanksgiving and was the first time I ever ate sweet potato anything and I havn't been able to get enought this past year lol.

DH will tell you Pumpkin Pie. Personally I don't care for it. About 10 years ago I created a 1/2 pumpkin/ 1/2 cheese cake and that was good. A few years later I see the same recipe in an add for Philly Cream cheese!

I prefer cheesecakes!

It's literally a pumpkin pie but it has chunks of bakers chocolate (or chocolate chips) baking into it. It was an accidental creation last year by my SO and me. lol I'm pretty sure they have a more decadent recipe online but I have never found one.
