Yeah I can see that, I guess the approach of it would be the defining factor.

I took it like we want to teach women to have optimal health, give them all as much info as you can... Prevention!
I suppose it might seem a bit like the approach that the medical-model takes where they don't know their patients one-on-one well enough so they do all the standards and protocols...
