bleeding- slightly OT and TMI

I delivered a baby just short of 3 months ago (vaginally, no drugs etc, but I did have some stitching from tearing) and we are EBFing.

I got my period at 9 weeks postpartum and I'm currently on day 25 of my cycle (I FAM chart) and since I got my period I have had 4 different days with light pink blood spots (days 13, 17, 19, and 25).  I've also had LOTS of thick, yellowish discharge and haven't gone one day without a pad or pantyliner since delivering.  I didn't have discharge like that pre-pregnancy.

I'm a little concerned about the random blood spots, and I highly doubt that I am pregnant as DH and I have also been using condoms and abstained while I was ovulating.  If this were you, would you see a midwife/GYN?  Any ideas what this could be from?

I thought that initially, but the symptoms I've read about online aren't the same... no itching, odor, etc.

some yeast infections arent smelly or itchy you can get a test kit at the store and see what it is
