So I'm triyng to make my menu for next 2 weeks and my grocery list. I want some healthty and easy recipes to add on there I'm SOOO tired of the same thing lol. Also theres not allergies in my home, and we do eat meat :) however vegetarian recipes are definently welcomed

I made chicken tonight, dipped in lemon juice and rolled in chopped almonds. We had potatoes and carrots and salad with it.

Boil and shred chicken, mix with salsa and oregano, and serve like tacos with cheese, lettuce, etc.

i have been thinking of trying eggplant parmigiana or spinach lasagna to mix it up as well.  have you done sheperd's pie before?  It is one of my family faves.
