Any yogurt with active cultures. Or just take a probiotic. Also look at your diet, do you eat a lot of sugar/carbs?

Yogurt has some probiotics, but NOT enough. Kefir, kombucha, or any other home cultured beverage/food item would be better. If you choose a probiotic, Garden of Life is the best I've found.

If you are getting them regularly then you have a yeast issue in general. Garden of Life also make a product called "Fungal Defence". You also might consider going on an anti-candida diet.

Love gol and mega foods brand as well. To help treat and soothe look into diluted grapefruit seed extract externally. I believe Grapefruit seed extract and coconut oil can also help internally with systemic yeast as well as the candida diet.

I know this is gonna sound gross, and it is, but get a tub of plain yogurt and use it for a vaginal suppository. It actually works, if you can get over the discomfort. You have to do it at night like a Monistat suppository though, for the same reasons. Also take baking soda baths as these will help even out your PH along with a low-candida diet.

I too have always been prone to them. I eat full-fat whole milk yogurt regularly and watch my sugar intake and that seems to keep them in check.

what the ladies above said.  I also use a hydrogen peroxide rinse (a few tbsps of peroxide to a cup of water) and rinse your lady parts.  Always works for me
