Really need help ladies, the bare minimums!

Okay so we have another one hopefully on the way! So my question si what would be on your listfor the bare minimums that baby needs! We will use the playpen with bassinet for baby when he's born ot room share, and we plan to get him/her (hopefully her :) ) her own dresser, i plan on getting atleast 15 newborn and up cloth diapers, probably about 6-7 0-3 month sleepers,  7 onsies, 7 pants, and 7 socks, 3-4 bibs, a couple of hats, no need for bottles were using the tried and true method of the boob lol, im going to get a second hand swing, i definently want a ring sling for the newborn, and we plan on getting everything second hand that we can as I make my list I want you guys opinion on whats necessary for a newborn, and will pick up cloths in larger sizes as we go too :) I have a son but i'm just interested on you guys opinions

1 bottle, some breastmilk bags and a manual pump JUST in case, breast pads, lanolin

I would have more than 15 diapers. At least 30 newborn dipes. Cloth wipes, of course. Diaper rash ointment, maybe. Thats all I can think of so far...

hahaha I totally forgot to say I have a electric pump, and we plan to buy bottles before i go back to work, and I have a ton of freezor babgs

yeah i'd have more dipes unless you want to do laundry every day and still risk running out...

yeah thats what we used with my son at that age, it was easier to use a snappi prefold and plastic cover, but i didn't completely cloth diaper so i need to buy more

I did the same. I preferred having extras, but I was also a single mom working full time. If you are able to stay on top of the laundry and get them dried in time, then great. I found that even doing laundry daily I was cutting it close. :)
