Baby 7 months old. Florida's having a big mosquito issue it was not cold enough to kill the mosquitoes this year so they are out all the time day and night. Does anyone have a natural solution to put on our babies

Clove Oil. Bugs don't like cloves. Put it into a spray bottle, add water, shake well and spray. Increase strength slowly to prevent an allergic reaction.

It works in natural flea repelents.

I do this but i use citronella and lavender oils instead. Theyre bug repellents and work FANTASTIC repelling Mosquitos.

Why does auto correct capitalize 'Mosquitos'?

Oh also, I wouldn't use clove oil topically unless mixed in a carrier oil, but spraying it on clothes and in the air is great.

You can plant flowers/plants that repel them, I do that and if we are not home I use these patches ( I'll have to try to find one LOL. I'm in Michigan so its not an issue right now.) They work really well, I don't put them on the skin though. I put them in there pocket or stick them on the back of a shirt. My mom got a huge box like 300 from QVC. IDK they say all natural.

Same as with clove oil, I'd do clothes, not skin.

What's a carrier oil and what does it do? *learning time* :)

Babyganics makes a non-toxic repellent. You can buy it at Babies R us.
