Oatmeal baths helps. My baby doesn't have psoriasis but he had dry patches on his legs because of the dry air in the winter. One day after reading the benefits of oatmeal, I blended some dry oatmeal with camomile flowers in my magicstick manual blender and put it in his bath. His skin got much better and I've been doing it everytime since then. His skin is amazinly soft! I keep a glass jar in the bathroom to have it handy when I prepare his bath.

Here is a link if you want to learn more about it: http://www.livestrong.com/article/156653-oatmeal-bath-psoriasis/

Hope this helps.

I would think oatmeal baths would help immensely. Maybe coconut oil? I know a lot of people use coconut oil for eczema. I could be wrong but I'd look it up!
