What do you do for naps?  do you lay down with your baby at nap time?

Since he's become mobile, we moved our bed/box springs onto the floor.  One of us always lays with him until he falls asleep, then we'll get up while he naps...

I did for the first few months because I needed the sleep too, but then I started laying her down in her crib for naps. I would nurse her to sleep, then immediately lay her down. I found if I waited the ten minutes they say it takes for a newborn to go into a deep sleep, she'd wake up as soon as I transitioned her. I also laid her down on her side, not her back, so she was still in the same position as when she was nursing.

I don't cosleep any more, but when I did yes, I would lay down with my dd. We would cuddle on the couch and I'd watch tv. Mama needs down time too! Lol days I needed to clean we would cuddle and then I'd carefully transfer her to a bouncy seat. =)

Sometimes I lay down with him for a nap, he'll sleep better and longer that way but sometimes I only stay until he goes to sleep.

When we were still co-sleeping I napped when he napped.
