Hi ladies I am looking for a midwife I am not satisfied with my Ob (loong story) and I didn't like the experience I got at the birthing center I checked out. Any resources would be helpful I'm 17 wks 1 day and I'd like to find someone and build a relationship. Thanks in advance mamas.

This is their website. They are in Fort Worth.

Thank you. I wasn't impressed with Special beginnings either. Where is UNT? I will check them out too.

Quoting louzannalady:

Gentle Beginnings in Hurst is great, but they don't use my insurance. I was not impressed with Special Beginnings in Grand Prairie, but they accept my insurance. I am birthing in July with the midwives of UNT and have heard great things and have had great care so far.

Quoting nautired:

I am in Tx Fort worth is the nearest large city to me.
