Keratosis Pilaris, cradle cap and yeast

I have just noticed Keratosis Pilaris on my daughters arms and legs as well as a return of her craddle cap. I try and keep her diet low sugar, low gluten and all orgainic with lots of healthy foods. (she is 18months) she had cradle cap as an infant that went away with some oil and a comb, but its back and worse than ever now. I try my best to be aware of fatty acids and give them to her whenever possible. she does drink almond or flax milk (could it be the soy lechtin in both of them?). She did have a bad diaper rash that lasted a month (we tried the dr recomendations and everything) so it makes me wonder if she has a build up of yeast in her body and if so how to I treat it with nutrition?

We also just moved to an old farm house that is really dusty, could it just be mites or are the mites just loving her yeast?

while it could be yeast it could also be sebhorric dermatitis. my kids and I have kp and my daughter has sd and I've read it can be related.

I will have to look up sebhorric dermatitis...

I know all skin diorders start in the gut...I think I may cut out gluten for awhie and see if it imporves and then go to dairy. I have been reading it is a problem absorbing vitamin A and fatty acids (genetic) so I am going to up fatty acids and offer carrot juice.
