Reflux

What are signs of reflux?
Hera, 6 weeks and ebf, is a heavy spitty upper just like her ebf sister was (who did not have reflux). But i wonder if shyamay have mild reflux because she does tend to cry when she spits up. But the hing of it is, she just gets frustrated easily (a trait she got from me no doubt), even hiccups upset her. Her spit up usually smells like bm, but occasionally a bit like vomit. The consistency is the same regardless of smell though.

So all this, I'm not sure what to think. What are the tell-tale signs of reflux? And what are some things I can do to help her?

I don't have any experience with reflux. However both of my older kids spit up a lot. I know nursing them upright and keeping them upright for 30 minutes after a feeding helps.

I would say it could be a food allergy but IDK. My son had allergies to milk and other things but I didn't know. He was so colicky and fussy. He always spit up so much. You couldn't lay him down, pick him up, or move him without spitting up.
