Natural Birth & Parenting Natural Birth & Parenting

that natural parenting can apparently help with sensory issues. in the parent. lol. I have had issues with touch my whole life but they got way worse after head trauma and then rape. i avoided babywearing and didn't breastfeed long because i just seriously couldnt bear to be touched for very long. but i decided to just make myself babywear and give myself no excuses. and it's actually helping! i enjoy being that close to my DS for long period of time now and am much less anxious and feel myself becoming more relaxed daily. of course its too late to breastfeed him now, but hopefully it wont even be an issue with next baby :) (i still have other bf issues to overcome, but that was a big one). i wonder if there is a way to share this with others with this issue?
