Good deed backfire (just a vent)
So I found this woman whom I've never met and lives a good 30+ miles away who says she needs bm from a dairy free woman for her infant.
First she would not work with us- multiple people on my side of town. She wasn't willing to even meet me about 1/3 of the way to get the milk she so desperately needed. She said she shares a car with her bf, and doesn't have it much. But then she doesn't want to meet when she DOES have the car.
FINALLY another woman, who lives een further away than I, transported y milk and another woman's milk to her. And apparently the other woman has reason to believe she's SELLING the bm! WTF?!
So this woman cries for bm, refuses to work with us to actually get, shows zero appreciation (I haven't even gotten a thank you text or message or anything), and now she may be selling MY bm that I worked to pump that I could be saving for MY infant?!
At this point I have to give her the benefit of the doubt and constantly remind myself I'm doing it for her son, not her.
But then today I posted a fb status about irony in breast feeding and society, and she comments that she nursed her son in church today!
Seriously, WTF is wrong with people?! I'm so frustrated and I've been so burned by so many people over the last year, and now I can't even trust people enough to donate my milk to them?!
End rant. But not lividity.
