Hello everyone,

I'm new to this group. I'm looking for recommendations for an infant class or instructor in the los angeles area. Many thanks.

Try contacting an early intervention (ei) program. The ones here in boston have play groups and it's for ei and community kids. We go to one that does infant massage.

There is lots of information on infant massage and pediatric massage on the website: http://www.liddlekidz.com/

Liddle Kidz Foundation has internationally certified infant massage teachers and plenty in the Los Angele area. You can email them for information on teacher sin your area. Liddle Kidz Foundation also offers certification training for those who wish to learn to teach infant massage to parents. The certification gives the participants certification as a Certified Infant Massage Teacher (CIMT). CIMTs work in private and clinical settings teaching parents to massage their own babies and young children. More information on the training is here: http://liddlekidz.com/infant-massage-certification.html
