What have you tried and what do you prefer? Pros and cons?

I'm getting ready to buy one on Amazon right now and I'm worried I wont like the Diva cup.

I used one called soft cup and I didnt like it..it was uncomfortable and it kinda hurt to take out. I still have a almost full box in my cupboard. I never tried a diva cup or any other beside the softcup one

1 mom liked this

I have never used these but would like to hear others' experiences using them, so I'm marking my spot to follow this thread!  :o)

I've used diva, meluna, and lunette (I've been using a cup for about 10 years now). I find the meluna soft comfortable and easy to remove - I have the ring stem. The lunette holds more with a smaller size rim, which is nice. I used the diva for several years with no issues, but insertion and removal are not as easy or comfortable IMO. But comfortable enough to use for 5 years, so not bad! Do be warned that you won't necessarily need a larger size just because you've given birth - it depends on the individual.

I have The Keeper in natural rubber. I love it. I had to trim the stem a bit so it was sticking out, but otherwise it feels no different than a tampon.  When I need to get a new one I was thinking of trying the DivaCup. They sell both of them at our Co-op so I'm able to compare them.

Think I know what you're talking about. I've used those too and they are rubbish compared to the other reusable ones.

No different than a tampon? Ugh! I will NOT be getting this then! One reason I love my diva is that you cant feel it at all of it's in right. But it is finicky, you have to get it in just right and sometimes it takes me a few times to get it in.

Thanks for your input! I went to go buy the Diva cup and I was like wait there are more choices lol.

And I've never given birth vaginally so I wonder if I would need the 1 or 2? Ugh I definitely don't want to buy one only to have it not fit right. Definitely can't return that LOL
