Right now I have lavender - I use to to calm and sleep or help during a panic attack. It's next to my bed at all times.
I also have a mixture called "anxiety relief" that I keep in my purse in times of need I will put a drop on my collar of my shirt or on the back of my hand so I can bring it up to my nose when needed. Both work great in helping me calm down during an attack.
I do want to get more but haven't been able to get to a Whole Foods as there aren't many in our state.
We have lavendar to help calm, lemon to add to my cleaner, and tea tree oil for cleaning as well. I would love to get some more soon. I'm not sure how long they are good for.
Quoting jellyphish:Oh, and FYI, sandalwood is among the most precious oils available and pretty much never goes bad.
If you have any, cherish it. The trees are endangered, and need to be at least 30 years old and totally cut down to get the oil. They have planted many trees to help, but it'll be 30 years before here of age.
Love your sandalwood oil!!
