Hey mamas, how often should I apply the coconut oil for protection? We live at the coast and don't need anything most of the time. were heading into the valley today so if we get in the sun at all( please please please!) i don't want dd to burn. Thanks

We've used it a few times and put it on maybe every half hour?

I've had really bad morning sickness all summer so we haven't been out much or for very long though. I'm thinking you'd want to keep the skin moist with it.
