See what CafeMoms are saying about saving time this holiday season..
So - we took a class and they said that the average cost is about 2,500-5,000. BUT I've read online about people only spending 1500 and that included everything from delivery to routine check ups. I'm not trying to get a cheap birth or someone who isn't experienced.
My fiancee lost his job recently and I'm so opposed to going to a hospital for birth I was hoping to get some ideas. Insurance won't cover midwives or birth center birth, so everything has to be out of pocket :(
Finances might be in order by then that it won't matter and we can pay more, but what if we cant? What have you guys done for things like this?
PM's would be much appreciated for personal information not to be shared with everyone. We live near Milwaukee, WI so the more specific you can be the better. BTW - I'm only about 14 weeks right now but this is really important to me to not be in a hospital so I'm a little worried and want to try to settle down a bit.
Sorry - this was a bit long but I'm so nervous right now about losing my relaxed, drug free birth.
