I'm 38 weeks pregnant, 2 cm dilated. The last two days I have been really nauseous, light headed, and have had such strong pain in my stomach ligaments I think from stretching not sure tho. I can hardly walk. Any suggestions?

See a chiropractor! You might also be a little dehydrated or having increased blood pressure.

My blood pressure this whole pregnancy has been 88/46 (give or take a few).. I thought maybe it was dropping more or I might be dehydrated, trying to drink water n eat chicken noodle soup.

I would associate the way your feeling with your low BP. How are you managing it? Stay hydrated and for the pain try a warm bath with essential oils. Like tea tree oil and lavender. Aromatherapy can be very helpful from my personal experience.

I've been sipping on water, eatting small.easy meals/snacks since I'm nauseous. I haven't tried the bath. I will tho

I would give chiropractic treatment and aromatherapy a try!
