So next month is heart disease awareness month
So to get those hearts healthier i was thinking of starting a daily post on nov 1st
Jump roping is one of the highest calorie burning cardio work outs
Each day we will set a timer and see how long we can jump for.
post your time and try to beat it each day
See how much you can improve by the end of the month
So if you dont have a jump rope start looking for one(they sale them at dollar stores)

So whos all in?

Jumping rope is very difficult. I would probably fall and twist an ankle. I could do a stationary bike challenge maybe! That's about as coordinated as I get. (Seriously. I cannot even run.)
