I think a key point in staying healthy is to relax and not be stressed out and overwhelmed.  This can be difficult over the holiday season.  How do you relax on a daily basis?  Do you take time out for yourself each day?

I haven't been good at this but I would like to read a little when the boys take their naps and I love my baths with lavender oil at night.

I often use naptime as "me" time instead of getting other things done.

I run daily and nap with the baby whenever I get the chance.

I don't.

I don't have the time/place but with all the stress I could use some me/relax time

I stay in the shower for an extra few minutes daydreaming. It's not much, but I have 3 young kids so time is very scarce.

I do wake up w my youngest (9mos old) about an hour before everyone else does. I fold a load of laundry and drink coffee while quietly playing with ds. Knowing that my laundry is done for the day and having a quiet moment w my coffee means a lot and gets me off on the right foot:)

I havent been doing anything lately, its hard when we are constantly worried about money, bills, car repairs or if it will even run, and other things that we need to keep our boys warm and safe.

I used to take nightly baths but just would rather go straight to bed.

Everyday I do several things to relax.. exercise, walk, chat with a friend, tv/read, bath, etc.
