My son just had his first birthday a couple of weeks ago and STILL has not gotten his first tooth. Is this any cause for concern? When did your babies get their first teeth?

You are still within the normal range I think. My ds got his crazy early at three months. He's 14 months now and has 16!

DD was 14 months old when she got her first tooth! Now at 20 months old she has 6 teeth fully out and all 4 molars that just broke thru. No worries mama! :)

Thanks everyone!! At least it doesnt slow him down any. He abandoned baby food months ago and will eat anything that is not nailed down. He ate most of a pork chop for dinner tonight after I cut it up for him lol.

I don't think I would worry. My 19 month old still has a soft spot. But as for teeth he cut his first two at 4 months old and now has #15-16 erupting. Point being all babies are different.

Dd got her first four (all at the same time) at 7 months. My friend's dd didn't get her first tooth until 15 months.
