I made some banana bread today and used applesauce for an egg substitute. It tasted great! What else do you substitute?

Applesauce is the main thing, im also starting to use coconut oil in place of alot of other oils when cooking.

I usually use apple sauce as an oil replacement, it's so yummy! This is probably going to sound nuts, but in baked goods I sometimes use mashed avocado in place of butter. It does change the flavor a bit (and color if it's something light), but it doesn't taste at all avocado-y. The first time I did it I felt so brave! haha
