Baby doll sized baby sling?

I want to make one for my 13 month old for Christmas for her baby dolls. I don't really have time to sew but can probably do an iron on hem. Any ideas on how to make one very easy lol?

I saw 2 of those and I'm kicking myself for not getting them. They were only $12 and brand new. But my kids would probably get frustrated since they can't tie it themselves yet =(

Thanks! I can't sew either. Or really I don't have time to try to teach myself! I might look on eBay for a kid sized carrier
