I jump back and forth between baking soda and nothing. I had been for a few weeks then my head gets really really itchy and I can't handle it. I give up and wash it. Why is this happening? Happen to anyone else?

it can take up to a few months for you scalp and hair to adjust. I was told to increase your vinegar and water mixture and add in honey if that happens cause you scalp is dry. I also found only that people use coconut oil on their scalp to keep it hydrated.

Bs dries out your scelp. You need to add an acv rinse after the bs rinse. It'll feel soooooo gooooood!

Ok thanks. I'll try it again! My hair is usually greasy so I left out the avc.

Don't be afraid to play with the ratios, it took me a long time to figure out what works best for me. Bs is a degreaser. Acv balances ph and conditions, if you have greasy hair (after it has adjusted) you'll probably need less acv, but I definitely wouldn't skip it.
And don't forget to add sea salt to hard water! GL!
