Coffee enema

Or rather, how'd you like any results, I don't need to know how much you liked the process. ;)

I've heard great things about coffee enemas. There's a diet (I forget the name) that uses 5 a day plus lots of juicing and strict guidelines of what can be ingested. I believe its for patients that have been diagnosed with something that's possibly terminal. I've heard that great results come of it, but that's the whole diet, not just one part.

Thanks! I'm gonna look into it more. I remember from class it's supposed to be especially awesome for colon cancer and pancreas cancer (which kills very quickly). But I think I remember that it's a great detoxifier and energy booster.

My mom had a cleanse done and they finished with coffee...she said she loved it and the woman she went with was "addicted"

Well i suppose in that case the benefits out weigh the risks but i wouldnt try it if already healthy but to each their own

I know someone very close to me who recently had diverticulitis & it was hell to watch!!

As of this coffee enema, never heard of it :)
