BLS on tday

Do you think home made cranberry sauce is ok for a 7 1/2 mo old BLS baby? She's been eating steamed veggies for about a month. My mom makes it with cherry pie filling and apples. Assuming the cherry pie filling isn't all HFCS it should be ok right?

I don't see why it'd be a problem unless it had a bunch of sugar or corn syrup in it.

Bad mom here- Levi had cherry pie last night!

Honestly I'm not very picky about what he eats now that he wants to. He has the best thing in the world 99% of the day (breastmilk) if that other 1% is "bad" it doesn't really bother me.

I let things slide on holidays that I normally wouldn't let them have.

I'm really finicky about what my young ones eat but as long as it's not loaded in crap I don't mind

I'm a bad mom too. I'll probably give her some blueberry pie. :)

Stuff like that - when it's every once in awhile or a special occasion - I don't sweat over. It's probably loaded with sugar, but I've let dd have pie before. And sorbet.
