So we have 4 boys..our oldest is 10, when pregnant with him we picked out our girls name...here it is 10 years later and all of a sudden when preggers with #5 both hubby and I are NOT in love with our girls names we have picked.
All our boys have names that have Irish backgrounds and mean something to do with kings, or rulers, or prince etc.
Aubrey Nathaniel
Donald Allen-Sidney(family names)
Eric Sean-Tobias(family names)
Asher Brendan
Heres the girls names we liked
Alexandria Leigh Anne
Victoria Marie-Elaine(middle names are family names)
Should we just stick with our names we have always liked? What do you think of them? Got any good girls names that we could consider?
I like Alexandria Leigh Anne for a girls name =)
I am pregnant with #5 as well and I hope it is a girl (will be my second girl). If it is a girl her name will be Anniya Jane and if it is a boy he will go nameless because I can't think of any I like lol.
I was looking up Irish mythology/Celtic names when preg, and I don't think there were any girl names i liked, somi have none to suggest. Just Pandora.
Either way, you should pick a name you love!
(It's my name LOL, It's not a common name like it was when I was born.)
I like Victoria, people would call her vicky though.

I think the problem is my nephew was named Alexander 2 years ago and a friend named her daughter Victoria and calls her Tori
It may be a more older generation nickname though. LOL.
Quoting jellyphish:
There's a Victoria in Isis' class, no one calls her Vicky. Of course, it's a class room full of kids with names like Isis, so...
