Could you ladies point me in the direction of online hypnobirthing information?

Check out your local library for books on it.

I checked at our local library and didn't find anything. I'll keep looking!

I took hypnobirthing classes, but for some reason they couldn't use the name "hypnobirthing", so it is called "birth made easier using hypnosis". Turns out hypnobirthing isn't for me, but the class gave information on how baby turns and comes out during birth, and the ways a baby might look right after birth, all that jazz, so it was still worthwhile for a first-timer. I'd look for audio tracks of hypnosis to listen to and practice. I love reading but reading can only teach so much.

We live in a very small, liberal arts college town (no red lights, but 2 caution lights kind of town). I'm not surprised, but disappointed.

Do they have a Share system?  If so, one of the other libraries might have it.

Search for Hypnobabies online. There are lots of stories and a yahoo group for moms who have used it or who are currently using it. Your town sounds like mine. No classes or library help. Hypnobababies offers a home study course. I used it and I loved my hypnobabies birth. My birth story is on here somewhere. Let me see if I can find it for you. Let me know if I can answer any questions for you :)

I had a waterbith after reading Hypnobirthing: The Mongan Method.

It was a wonderful gentle and peaceful birth.  My best birth.
