I am having a lot of vaginal dryness. I'm 7 weeks pregnant and nursing, but I don't remember being dry with my other kids. Is that in the range of normal? Is there anything I can do about it or is it just something I have to deal with? Should I be concerned that my mucus plug is not forming properly?

I'm not sure if it's uncommon or not, but I'm nursing my 18 month old still and I'm 11 weeks and I've had tons of discharge. Sorry I'm not much help.

Every pregnancy can be different.  Are you drinking enough water?  How do you know your mucus plug is not forming properly?

I would say it's within the range of normal. You can use coconut oil to help keep yourself comfortable, until you balance out again.

I donno, my little guy doesn't want to do anything but nurse all day, I'm super sick with the worst cold I've ever had plus morning sickness, and I'm still overly moist down there. I've never worried or given a thought of one way or the other though til I saw your question.

IO think so, I drink water and tea all day. I have no idea if it is or not, just though the excess discharge was from the mucus plug forming (atleast thats what I heard).
