Diarrhea in a one year old

My youngest turned one on Saturday and has some type of bug. He had a little bit of throw up last night but not much. He was fine all morning and then at about 12:30 threw up and pooped out his diaper. No more vomit since then but he has had diarrhea all afternoon. Other than that he has no fever and his energy and mood are good.

He is still breastfeeding but does get solids as well. I haven't given him any solid food since he threw up this afternoon. He is still nursing normally. Should I just continue to nurse him until the bug passes or is there something else I should do?

Ok, good. That's what I've been doing but I just wanted to be sure there wasn't something else.

Nurse lots! Offer water too, if he'll drink it. But most importantly nurse!
