Are there any out there that don't have the wings?
I don't like the regular pads with wings may be different with the cloth ones, not as irritating. Also I wear boy shorts and the wings wont work without bunching them. At least that's what I'm thinking.
I'm not sure. I use mama cloth with wings and I like them. It holds the pad in place. I wear every kind of undies except thongs and I've never had a problem.
Not a wings fan, either!

I saw a tutorial that said she used flannel for the backing to help them stay in place better, they had wings, but I imagine it would work for those that don't as well.

I know they make them. My friend made her own for a while and she prefered them without, but had issues with them moving all over.
