Someone told me if you're not actively having sex it can decrease your milk supply because the more orgasms you have the better your supply bc its all the same hormones

No I didn't have sex for almost a year after my last baby and no supply issues.

hahaha that doesnt explain my milk then. im a fricken nymoho and i fought a battle of ages to keep my milk coming in

I agree, that would be pretty stupid of nature/biology to design it so baby only gets fed if mamma's getting some!

Didn't do well BF last time and I only waited two weeks to have sex after DD was born. I love sex so I would have to go with no. The person who told you this was either childless or a man and if not then she is listening to one. LOL
