I was reading another post about someone giving their kid Benadryl to help them sleep 0.o
Anywho in that post there was a lot of talk of safer alternatives out there

What do you use if anything to help lo sleep?

I used to use lavender oil on her pulse points, but my husband hated the smell.

Lusa organics makes somethingcalled sleep potion that works like a miracle.

Somebody mentioned they make melatonin gummies for little kids?

Thoughts?

I personally cant see hiding a sleep aide inside a highly sugared treat being effective
