Let me say that my first hb is coming up in April so I have no idea how this is supposed to go. I have heard of some people doing a gift from the family to the midwife after the baby is born.
Is this an ediquette thing that should be followed?
If it is the norm, general suggestions would be great.
I have only been with my midwife for a couple weeks and I don't really know her that well enough to get her something specific. I know there is time (I'm 28w), but I'd like to at least start thinking about it!

There are great coffee table books of babies that work great, or a knick knack that says something meaningfl, hobby lobby has alot of those.
