At what age is it safe to give? My dd is 14 months and still nurses three times a day. Can she have raw honey and/or can I have it?

I believe a year old gets the free light. You can always take it.

i thought it was 2 years old, but i may have outdated info (i often do).

I was told it is okay after a year. Ds is 19 months and doctor said to give him a little as a cough medicine.

It's 1yr. It has to do with their stomachs producing enough acid to kill any botulinum spores that may be in the honey.
