anyone tried this? i am starting today and so far he is doing better then i thought. he is almost 17 months and keeps wanting to look at my ouchies (sp) and kiss it. i wonder how long it will be till he is 100% weaned? i did try to cut out feedings but that did not go well.

No, I've never even heard of this let alone tried it. Nor would I ever do this.

Good luck.

this is not something i thought i would ever consider. i wanted to let him wean on his own when he was ready. now that im am expecting i just cant do it anymore. i feel horrible about it but i have to do what i have to. i have given him the best for 17 months that in its self is amazing and i am proud of myself.

No need to defend yourself, I just answered your question. It's not the weaning itself I would never do anyway.

As to the pregnant nursing, I'm there right now and have done it once before.
