Hi, Has anyone used maca powder while nursing, or femmenessence brand maca root capsules? I love maca powder, but am not sure if it is ok to use while nursing. TIA!

I've found conflicting articles about it... I'd call your lactation consultant and ask them, your ped. may not have enough info... I'm glad you posted this, I have some hormonal issues and may try this
