Anyone have experience using it to help conceive? I have PCOS and am still nursing my 12 month old. Haven't had a cycle yet but am willing to try it if its safe.

I'm pretty sure it's not bf safe. Pretty sure, not 100%. It works by balancing hormones and i believe it will dry you up.

I have heard good things
I myself well try peony supplement taken with licorice
Or saw palmetto

Even progesterone cream

Ill be discussing all with my doctor as options for conceiving #2 because i dont know we well have infertility coverage

From the little bit of reading I've done it seems it can decrease supply but I have a pretty massive over supply. Even at 12 months I still get engorged. So I don't think I would be in much danger of drying up.

I don't want to do anything hormonal since I'm still breast feeding. I'll be going to the chiropractor weekly but was hoping vitex could help to regulate my hormones.

Honestly i would consult your obgy

I think peony an licorice correct hormones
Which could alter your milk production

Is the chiropractic for another purpose just wasn't sure of the connection

Maybe you can try acupuncture some insurance companys cover it

I have other back issues but the last time I conceived I was going to the chiro weekly. One theory is having my (messed-up) hips properly aligned contributed to me being able to get pregnant.

I used vitex when we decided to start trying and got pregnant within a month of taking it. It may have been coincidence, but I do know I felt amazing while I was taking it.
