relief from constipation?

Back story: My family had been moving and we just got a kitchen back after a week without. Needless to say we haven't been eating well for a week. Dd, who is 15 months old, has started having digestive problems because of the lack of GOOD food. She's been crying and trying to have a bowel movement since yesterday.

Anything that can help? As far as juice goes, we have orange, we have apples but no apple juice. No prunes in the house. She's had yogurt the last couple days for the probiotics and trying to get her regular again.
She hasn't been into drinking a lot of water lately, though she used to drink it a lot more.

Ok. Help?

I'd give a probiotic supplement (not just yogurt, dairy can be constipating anyway)
And push fluids. Lots of nursing.

Otherwise I'd wait it out and let nature take it's course, things will get back to normal.

Of course this us all theoretical, we've never had constipation!

An epsom salt bath or magnesium supplement might help.

Definitely some non dairy Probiotics. They help my daughter. I buy the Natures Bounty brand with 10 different strains and 20 billion cultures. They come in capsules so you can put it in food or a drink.

I'd also give her as much fruit as she'll eat.
