Looking for advice

i'm looking for some resources (preferrably free) for hypno birthing and the whole "not pushing" aspect of labor (i know it's called something, but i forget).  If anyone could point me in the direction of websites or books that they used, i'd really appreciate it! what worked for you???

Have you tried your local library for hynobabies/hynobirthing books? I know my local library has the whole set of them and even CDs

i'm going to do that this weekend, but our library is quite small and tends to lack less "conventional" information.  Figured if someone here had something concrete i could look for, it would help me start :)

If your library doesn't offer what you want talk to them. Maybe they can get some great books sent to them from bigger surrounding libraries.

Ina May Gaskin's The Complete Guide to Childbirth is great and I used Hypnobirthing the Mongan Method from the library
