Im interested on oil pulling but im scared itll mess with my already fragile teeth, esp my fillings. It feels like one has fallen out so im scared of making it worse.

I've heard of this but don't know much about it. Here is a bump for you.

As far as I know it is completly safe to use with fillings. coconut oil is 100% natural and will only help your teeth by taking the bacteria out of your mouth. I just recently started doing this but im sure there are lots more ladies on here that can help more.

It shouldn't make anything worse.  I need to start doing again now that my gag reflex is gone.

Do you like the results?

It grossed me out a lil, not sure if it's worth trying again, lol!

What kind did you use? I heard coconut isn't so bad. I'm still nervous though

Oh yes, nothing else makes my mouth feel so clean! Not even the water pick.
It's gross the first couple of times and then you get used to it. Coconut oil or sunflower oil taste the best, by far.

I used that kind.    I am gag-reflexy so I am a little too sensitive to things in my mouth for a long time, I guess.

It won't mess with your fillings. The oil just slides around everywhere and gets out all of the icky stuff in all of the nooks and crannies in your mouth. My teeth are awful, but since I started pulling a few weeks ago they're less sensitive and I don't get random dull aches in my teeth anymore, plus my mouth feels super clean.
