Are there foods I should avoid while breastfeeding? There isn't a history of allergies in mine or dh family.

Some people avoid common allergies just incase baby might have them such as peanuts, But when I was breastfeeding because of the lack of history on either side here was nothing that I didn't eat.

sometimes babies have trouble when mom is eating milk, wheat and some fibrous veggies. I had to cut a lot of things because it bothered my dd.

There's actually nothing you need to avoid UNLESS baby can't tolerate it. Eat whatever you want mama. :)

Eat and drink what ever you want unless baby reacts to it

Technically there's no need to cut those out when bf, it won't hurt baby or the breastmilk. Just crappy for mom, same as if she weren't bf.

OP, eat whatever you'd like. Very rarely dies a mom need to alter diet for baby.

Even that doesn't have to be avoided

I wasn't thinking you should cut those out for bfding, but just because.  If anything you burn so many calories from breastfeeding you could eat more nott as good food and still look good :)

Unfortuneately, that's still a matter of opinion. It's a drug that's not good for us and it gets into the milk. That's enough to convince me it's probably not a good idea to take it, regardless of the fact that there are no adequate studies.
Just my opinion.
