Is there a safe way to carry a baby on his tummy in a wrap?

DS is only happy on his belly and my arm is exhausted!

Could you use a non-baby-wrap smaller piece of fabric or a wide elastic bandage to tie an arm sling behind your neck (as if you were hurt) and still carry baby on your arm in a way that is comfortable for him/her and open for breathing? Sorry I can´t see the picture you posted above. And the picture I am adding obviously is tied-up "high" to support the man´s arm, but the sling is open enough it is only assisting the arm, you would still be providing all main support to the baby.
