Hi I am new here. I just found out I was pregnant. The dr gave me a blood test. I have to go back for an appointment as soon as I can get some insurance. Which should be in the next month. I am just scared. I had a miscarriage in November and I have no idea what I should really be doing this is all new to me. I believe I may be 5 to 6 weeks but I am not sure. Just need some advise. I am excited though. I don't feel pregnant. Just tired, moody, lightheaded, my emotions are up and down, and just my stomach will hurt on and off but nothing major.

Congratulations!
Most doctors don't see people until 7-11 weeks. So your fine. The first trimester is the hardest. Although the last can be hard to. Rest all you can.
Warning you may still get morning sickness. Mine didn't show up till 8 weeks or so. You may never get it. Eat lots of protein. like greek yogurt is good. almonds are a great snack. Peppermint tea helps the tummy . Vitamin b helps with energy. Drink lots of water. Good luck!

Have you thought of what type of birth you would like?

Thanks I am excited too. I am taking it easy. I am taking vitmans drinking tea, drinking milk, getting protien, and trying to relax. I just want to see my dr and make sure the baby is fine. I still don't have a lot of symptoms I am still a little more tired now. I haven't thought of a birth type I would like yet. Seems so weird. I don't even feel pregnant or think I am at this point. lol. Does anyone know about caffeine and being pregnant. has anyone felt hungry this early in pregnancy? I am still thinking I may get morning sickness but hopefully not. Might seem pregnant if i did. lol
