I personally don't do incense when my kids are around because I grew up with childhood asthma and it was because there was smoke around me. My parents smoked, had bonfires all the time in the summer, fireplace in the winter, candles, etc. I didn't realize it at the time, but looking back I notice that many of my breathing problems were environmental.
I don't take chances with my kids.

I don't really know much about this. I would think if it wasn't often it would be OK but I'm not sure what's in incense.

Yes. You'll know if she has a reaction or anything like that.
In general smoke is not food for us, but relatively speaking, it's safe.

I would not do it, but we all have allergies and asthma.
